Who We Are

Thompson's Maple Farm is a small family-run farm in New Braintree specializing in maple products. We've been crafting maple syrup for over twenty years, starting with just a few trees in our front yard. Today, our operation has grown to over 1,200 taps spread across New Braintree, Oakham, and North Brookfield.

What We Do

At Thompson's Maple Farm, we make more than just syrup—we create maple-inspired treats, including our homemade ice cream. We use local ingredients whenever possible, like our own maple syrup, farm-fresh fruit, and dairy from Coopers Hilltop Farm in Rochdale, bringing the taste of local maple straight to your table.
