Our Maple Syrup
All of our pure maple syrup is made locally in New Braintree, Massachusetts a small town in central Massachusetts. We’re a small family operation, consisting of father, son and mother.
We have maple syrup available in three different grades.
Amber Rich
Amber "Rich" maple syrup is a popular grade with a rich, full-bodied, and balanced flavor. It has a warm, golden-amber color and is versatile enough for both table use on pancakes and waffles, as well as for cooking and baking where a distinct maple flavor is desired. This grade is often described as having a "true" or "classic" maple flavor with a smooth, sometimes buttery quality.
Dark Robust
A dark amber-colored syrup with a strong, pronounced maple flavor, often with hints of caramel or butterscotch. It is produced later in the sugaring season, and its bolder taste makes it ideal for cooking, baking, and glazes where the maple flavor needs to stand out, though it is also a popular table syrup. This grade is often used as a direct substitute for sugar in recipes and is perfect for marinades, meats, and robust breakfasts.
Very Dark
A Grade A syrup with a nearly black color and a deep, robust maple flavor that is often described as having caramelized, molasses, and coffee-like notes. It's produced later in the sugaring season and is ideal for cooking and baking where the strong flavor is needed to come through, but is also enjoyed as a table-use syrup by those who prefer a powerful maple taste. This grade was formerly known as Grade C but was reclassified to Grade A to eliminate the misconception that it was lower quality.

Bourbon-Aged
We also have our bourbon barrel aged maple syrup that has been aged in a bourbon barrel for two months. Bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup is maple syrup that has been aged in American white oak bourbon barrels, giving it a complex flavor profile with notes of caramel, vanilla, smoke, and oak, along with the deep, smooth taste of bourbon without the alcohol. It is a versatile syrup that can be used on pancakes and ice cream, in cocktails, or as a glaze for meats.
Covered Pecans
Maple sugar coated pecans are a crunchy, sweet snack with a rich, buttery flavor from the pecan and natural sweetness from the maple syrup. They are great in salads, added to banana bread or just eaten by themselves.
Maple Candy
Maple candy is a sweet confection made from 100% pure maple syrup that is boiled and stirred until it thickens and crystallizes, then poured into molds. It has a rich, smooth, and creamy texture that melts in your mouth, similar to fudge. We have maple candy shaped like maple leaves that are 1.5 ounces and different shapes in three piece boxes. The candy has an intense, pure maple flavor with no additives or preservatives.
Maple Cream
Maple cream is a value-added product that is made from pure maple syrup. The name maple cream, also referred to as maple butter or maple spread, would imply that dairy products are involved, but they are not. It is a pure maple product with the only ingredient being pure maple syrup. Maple cream is a delicious topping for toast, scones, biscuits, or waffles. It's also great smeared between two cookies as a maple cream filling or in a peanut butter sandwich.
Maple Sugar
Maple sugar is a natural sweetener made from maple syrup that has been boiled until the liquid evaporates, leaving behind a granular, solid sugar. It is less processed than refined white sugar and retains the maple flavor of its origin, containing nutrients like manganese, zinc, and iron. Maple sugar can be used as a substitute for other sweeteners in baking and cooking.
